Responsibilities
- Assist clients with insurance account management, policy inquiries, and claims support.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and timely responses to client needs.
- Maintain accurate client records and update account information.
- Participate in training to learn insurance products and industry best practices.
- Support team administrative tasks and collaborate with colleagues.
Qualifications
