If it wasn't for her, that office wouldn't be what it is. I wish she was the agent and not Kevin. If you're looking for a SF agency, go elsewhere. Find another agency, do NOT recommend. Update: To agents response, past clients for years. Although, his response should not come as a shock seeing some of the other responses to reviews that are not positive. #truthhurts"

Kevin & Holly have always been there for us whether it was property or vehicle damage claims or just to insure that we always got the best deal on our numerous policy's - - and to answer our sometime silly questions (with a smile). "Truly disappointing service location for State Farm. Unfortunately, had a car incident with the last snow in lovely. My car was totaled. :( So I needed to sign the paperwork at a State Farm Office for them to begin payments so that I could get another vehicle. However, Mr. Mitchell was not only rude but stated clearly that he would not assist me in getting the State Farm paperwork back to the office or calling the agent just to state I had signed the paperwork. Oh and just FYI I was following the instruction exactly from the agent on my policy. So, I left his office and went right up the street to another State Farm location which OMG was pleasant, helpful and assisted me in getting this incident closer to be completed. I will never recommend Mr. Mitchell as an agent for State Farm."
